Meet Our Wide Rainbow Team
Ashley Gail Harris (1987-2025) Founder
Raised by a single mother, Ashley Gail was an afterschool kid. She founded Wide Rainbow in 2015 to directly support low-income and at-risk youth enrolled in afterschool programs. Drawing on her connections as a respected art advisor, Ashley directly connected thousands of Wide Rainbow participants to celebrated women artists, curators, and art professionals. After battling cancer, Ashley passed away on July 10, 2025. Wide Rainbow continues her legacy by upholding her promise to communities lacking access to the arts through direct engagement with women artists, curators and authors.
Sonja Mauro, Executive Director, Wide Rainbow
Sonja joined Wide Rainbow as a volunteer in 2020. Energized by Ashley’s enthusiasm for the work, community, and forthright leadership, her stewardship of Wide Rainbow is informed by Ashley’s unwavering commitment to students, youth and families lacking access to the arts.
Lucia Dallett, Director of Programs, Wide Rainbow
Lucia Dallett is an artist and arts educator living in Brooklyn. She has a background in Early Childhood and Arts/Museum Education, and loves getting to work with kids of all ages to encourage art and making as a lifelong tool of wonder and strength.
Francesco Galetto, Principal at Steven Harris Architects LLP
A native of Washington, DC, Francesco attended Vassar College, where he studied Art History and Urban Studies. After working for Daniel Libeskind in Zurich he returned to resume his studies at Yale under Robert A.M. Stern and
Deborah Berke, where he was awarded the Charles Gwathmey Scholarship. Francesco joined SHA in 2013, and has since been part of the expansion into retail design at the firm – he has contributed to the Barneys Chelsea Flagship, Madison Ave, and Beverly Hills projects, as well as Dolce & Gabbana stores in St. Barts and Rome. Francesco has also overseen the design and construction of several residential projects in Boston, Connecticut, California, New York, and the Hamptons.
Zara Duffy, Producer at These Pictures
Zara Duffy is a documentarian and TV producer. She has worked on many notable projects for film and TV, including Beware of Mr. Baker, Before The Flood and Light up The Sky. Zara lives and works in New York City.
Angela Pham, Photographer
Angela Pham is a commercial photographer who co-founded the content studio Deitch Pham. She has twelve years of experience working with consumer and designer brands in the fashion, hospitality and spirits space. Angela graduated from NYU in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in photography and digital advertising.
Love Uffot, Creative Producer
Love Uffot’s superpower is her eye for talent. Combined with her odd love for organization, attention to detail, curating and production, she found the career she was looking for. Love is the founder of Ugly Duckling Club, a sustainable activewear label promoting wellness and body positivity.
Veer Nanavatty, Senior Associate at Leroy Street Studio Architecture
After receiving his B.Arch. from CEPT in Ahmedabad, Veer got his professional start as the assistant art director on the much-loved Bollywood movie Taare Zameen Par. Since then Veer has worked as an architectural designer for almost 20 years with projects in India, Tanzania, and the United States. He received his M.Arch. from Yale in 2012 and lives with his partner, their dog, and two cats in Brooklyn.
Ann Marie Giunta, Vice President of Merchandising, Carbon38
Ann Marie loves to utilize her passion for math and numbers to support Wide Rainbow as the Board Treasurer. She is also a fashion executive who has worked in the retail space for more than 15 years across many roles in merchandising and product development. When she isn't working, she loves spending time with her two boys, her husband, and their dog Nico.
Maria Usbeck, Artist
Maria Usbeck is multifaceted artist, musician, and designer from the Andean mountains. Her work focuses on blending natural beauty with the everyday monotony of life. She lives and works between New York City and Upstate New York.
